Your delivery window
We give a window, not a date. Each kind of work has its own, and the order form asks you to accept that before you order.
| Kind of work | Window |
|---|---|
| Rescue and repair | 5 to 15 business days |
| Websites, pages, forms and checkout | 10 to 25 business days |
| Local presence, search, tracking and audits | 5 to 15 business days |
| Systems, automation and lead tools | 10 to 20 business days |
| Content and digital kits | 5 to 10 business days |
| Brand and design | 5 to 15 business days |
| One-time campaign builds | 10 to 20 business days |
| Packages | 15 to 40 business days |
Your item’s page and your checkout both show the window that applies to it. Four larger website builds carry their own longer window, shown on their own pages.
The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the short form we send you after your order, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.
Some jobs run longer than the window. If yours will, you hear from us by email before the window closes, with what is left and the new window.
Accepting these terms
Every order form carries one tick-box that says you have read these terms and accept them. The request cannot be sent until it is ticked, and the shop keeps a record of it with the order.
These terms carry a version date. The version you agreed to is recorded with your order and is printed on the signed terms document you can download or print after ordering.
