What it actually is
Plenty of small operations run one of three ways: no website
at all, a page a relative built in an afternoon, or something a company
charged them for years ago and never touched again. All three leave the
same gap — when somebody in Mabank or Kemp looks you up before they
call, there is nothing there that says you are the real thing.
Launchpad fills that gap. It is a template site, and we say so plainly:
a proven layout, built in your brand — your name, your colors,
your photographs, your services, your town. Not a custom design, and we
do not price it like one. It does the basic work: it loads on a phone, tells people what you do and where you work, and lets them tap the phone number to call.
Hosting and maintenance are included. When something breaks, that is our job,
not a bill.
What is included
-
01
A template site in your brand, hosted and maintained
Your services, service area, and available photos go into the set layout.
-
02
Your Google Business Profile, with a seasonal post rotation
Your Google Business Profile is set up and kept current. Seasonal posts rotate through the year without your team publishing each one.
-
03
A review system your team runs
Your team gets a simple review process and the exact request wording to use. After each job, your team asks the customer for a review and handles any reply.
-
04
A monthly report in plain English
The monthly report is written in plain English. It lists our work, its cost, and changes to your site and listing. If little changed that month, the report says so plainly.
Questions people actually ask
Will this put me on page one?
Nobody honest can promise that, and we will not. Where you rank on Google
is Google's call, not ours. What we control is the work: your site is built
right, your listing is current, your reviews get asked for, and you get told
what happened. If a company promises you a ranking, that is the moment to
slow down.
Why a template? Is that not the cheap way?
It is the honest way at this price. A custom site designed for your company
is real work and it costs real money — that is Local Authority at
$2,500/mo. Selling you a “custom” site for $600 a month would mean
one of us is lying. What you are buying instead is a template dressed in
your brand and actually maintained — and maintained is the word
doing the work in that sentence.
Do I own any of it?
Yes, and in writing. The domain, your Google profile, your ad and
social accounts, and every lead and customer record are yours from day
one. The site is built for you, is never taken down or held over you,
and full ownership transfers on final payment. If you leave, you leave with
all of it. We do not hold a business hostage to keep it.
Am I locked in?
No. Launchpad is month-to-month. The three-month terms start at Local
Authority, where there is a build to pay off. Here there is nothing to
trap you with.
What if I outgrow it?
That is the point of it. Launchpad is a floor, not a ceiling. When the
phone is ringing enough that you want the listing actively managed, the
reviews asked for automatically, and every call tracked, that is Local
Authority — and moving up does not mean starting over.
What the first weeks look like
We start with the free check so we both know what we are dealing with.
Then we collect the raw material — your services, your area, your
photographs, whatever reviews you already have. We build the site, and you review it before customers can see it. We put the Google listing under your control and correct its information. Your crew gets walked through the review process once, in
person or on a call, until it is a habit and not a chore.
Exact counts — how many pages, how many posts, how many review
requests — are written into the signed agreement, never onto a card
on a website. If ad spend ever enters the picture, it bills to you
directly and we never mark it up.
Who it fits — and who it does not
It fits an owner-operator or small crew whose online presence does not yet show customers what the business does or how to reach it. It fits any local business whose next customer is likely to look it up before calling. We serve local businesses from Cedar Creek Lake.
It does not fit you if you already have a site you like and your
problem is that nobody finds it — that is a search and listing problem,
and Local Authority is the plan aimed at it. It does not fit if you need a one-of-a-kind design or a separate page built to sell each service.
We would rather tell you that now than take the $600.
