When you stop needing to look real and start needing to be found.

Local Authority adds pages written for local searches and lead tracking to a custom website. You get a website designed for your company—not a template with your logo on it—pages written around what people in your towns search for, a Google listing kept current, review requests sent after every job, and a lead log that records when each call and form comes in. $2,500 a month, $3,500 to build, three-month term and then month-to-month. Pick a time. We begin by reviewing the towns you serve, the work you do, and which calls and forms the lead log should record. Home base is Cedar Creek Lake, Texas.

In plain words

Local Authority is for the business that already looks real and now needs to be found — and needs to prove what the work brought back.

  • A website designed around your company—the work you do, the towns you serve, and the jobs you want more of. Not a template with your logo dropped on it.
  • Local search — that means your pages are written the way people in your towns actually type things into Google, so you turn up when they look for the work you do.
  • Google Business Profile — your business listing on Google Maps and in search. Here it is not just set up once; it is minded every month: categories, services, hours, photos and posts kept current.
  • Review requests go out after every job — we set the flow up and run it with you.
  • A tracking number records each call and form with the time it came in. You receive that list in the monthly report; direct access to the shared log is not yet live.

What changes at this level

Launchpad answers one question: does this business look real when somebody looks it up? Local Authority answers the harder one: does anybody find it, and can you prove what came back?

Two things drive that. The first is a website designed around your company—the work you do, the area you serve, and the jobs you want more of—with pages written for the phrases people in your towns search for. The second is that we stop guessing. Your monthly report lists every call with the time it came in and summarizes every message through the site. At the end of the month you do not get an adjective. You get a list.

Everything in Launchpad, plus

  1. 01

A custom website designed around your business

We design the website around your business, what you do, the customers you want, and the work you can show. The finished site is easy to read and use on a phone. Customers use the finished pages to understand the work and contact you.

  2. 02

Pages written for local searches, with your Google business listing kept current

The site is written around the work you do and the towns you serve. The Google profile’s categories, services, hours, photos, and posts stay current as your business changes.

  3. 03

Social presence on two channels, posted consistently

Two channels, posted on a real schedule — usually your finished work, because that is what earns attention in a trade. Two done properly beats five abandoned, so we do not sell five.

  4. 04

Compliant review requests after every job, run on our side

We set up and run a rule-compliant review request after each job. The request offers no reward and does not screen out unhappy customers. You tell us when a job is complete so we know when to send the request.

  5. 05

A dedicated tracking number, and every lead written down

A dedicated tracking number records each call and form with the time it came in. The monthly report is available now; direct access to the shared log is not yet live.

  6. 06

A monthly report, lead by lead

The monthly report lists each lead and the work we completed that month. You see the leads one at a time, and quiet months are marked as quiet.

Questions people actually ask

Will $2,500 a month get me to page one?
We will not tell you that, because we cannot control it and neither can anybody else. Rankings belong to Google. What we sell is the work and the proof of it: the site built right, the listing managed, the reviews asked for, every call logged where you can see it. If somebody quotes you a ranking for a monthly fee, ask them to put the refund terms in writing and watch what happens.

What makes the site “custom” instead of a nicer template?
The layout is designed around your business rather than chosen from a shelf. We decide which services need their own space, what visitors should understand first, where to show your work, and how someone in a hurry can contact you. That is the honest difference, and it is why there is a $3,500 build behind it.

Why a three-month term when Launchpad has none?
Because there is a build to pay off and search work does not report back in thirty days. Three months, then month-to-month. We would rather have a short honest term than a long one you regret.

Who owns the tracking number and the leads?
The domain, your Google profile, your ad and social accounts, and every lead and customer record are yours from day one, in writing. The site is built for you, is never taken down or held over you, and full ownership transfers on final payment. The lead log is yours to look at any time — not a report we release on our schedule.

Do I need this, or is Launchpad enough?
If your problem is that you look like nothing when somebody searches your name, Launchpad is enough. If people searching for your work cannot find you, or you cannot tell where last month’s jobs came from, that is this plan. The free check will tell you which one you are, and it is free precisely so nobody has to guess.

Who it fits

Established local businesses that rely on their reputation and need to be found before the next customer calls. We are based near Cedar Creek Lake and work with local businesses.

It is the wrong plan if you sell one service and want a dedicated page for each of five — that is Growth Engine. It is the wrong plan if you need leads booking themselves without you touching the phone — that is Market Leader.

The fine print, in front of you

Exact counts — pages, posts, review requests, calls — are set in the signed agreement, never on a web page, because they get sized to your business. Text-message features switch on only once messaging registration clears; nothing gets billed for a text leg that is not live. Ad spend, if you ever run any, bills to you directly and is never marked up by us.

The other plans

Launchpad — $600/mo, template site in your brand, month-to-month.
Growth Engine — $4,500/mo, a landing page per core service, content out to your own customer list.
Market Leader — $7,500/mo, leads book themselves and every new lead gets an immediate answer.

What should a website cost? Ask what the price makes someone responsible for — A build charge and a monthly charge cover different work. A quote is not complete until both responsibilities are clear.

Your Google profile might matter more than your website — One gold pin in a stone map — for most customers, that pin is the whole first impression.

Reviews are word-of-mouth with a longer memory — Five gold stars on dark leather — earned one at a time, which is the only way that counts.
