Four plans. Pick the plan that fits what your business needs now.
Not sure which plan is yours? Work out your exact number — four questions, then the build charge and the monthly charge that go with your answers. They are the same numbers printed below.
Launchpad
$600 a month, $1,500 build fee, no minimum term; billed month-to-month.
In plain words
Launchpad gives a newer or smaller business a branded website, an updated Google listing, and a review process without a custom design.
- A website in your brand, hosted and maintained, so anyone who searches your name can see what you do and how to reach you.
- Google Business Profile — that is your business listing on Google Maps and in search: the box with your hours, phone number, photos and reviews. We set up the listing and publish seasonal posts.
- A review system your crew can run, with the request built into the job instead of left to memory.
- One monthly report in plain English — what happened, in words you do not need a marketer to translate.
What is included
-
01
A template site in your brand, hosted and maintained
Your services, service area, and available photos go into the set layout.
-
02
Your Google Business Profile, with a seasonal post rotation
Your Google Business Profile is set up and kept current. Seasonal posts rotate through the year without your team publishing each one.
-
03
A review system your team runs
Your team gets a simple review process and the exact request wording to use. After each job, your team asks the customer for a review and handles any reply.
-
04
A monthly report in plain English
The monthly report is written in plain English. It lists our work, its cost, and changes to your site and listing. If little changed that month, the report says so plainly.
Local Authority
$2,500 a month, $3,500 to build, three-month term and then month-to-month.
In plain words
Local Authority is for the business that already looks real and now needs to be found — and needs to prove what the work brought back.
- A website designed around your company—the work you do, the towns you serve, and the jobs you want more of. Not a template with your logo dropped on it.
- Local search — that means your pages are written the way people in your towns actually type things into Google, so you turn up when they look for the work you do.
- Google Business Profile — your business listing on Google Maps and in search. Here it is not just set up once; it is minded every month: categories, services, hours, photos and posts kept current.
- Review requests sent after each completed job, using the wording and the schedule in your agreement; you tell us which jobs to leave out.
- A tracking number records each call and form with the time it came in. You receive that list in the monthly report; direct access to the shared log is not yet live.
Everything in Launchpad, plus
-
01
A custom website designed around your business
We design the website around your business, what you do, the customers you want, and the work you can show. The finished site is easy to read and use on a phone. Customers use the finished pages to understand the work and contact you.
-
02
Pages written for local searches, with your Google business listing kept current
The site is written around the work you do and the towns you serve. The Google profile’s categories, services, hours, photos, and posts stay current as your business changes.
-
03
Social presence on two channels, posted consistently
Two channels, posted on a real schedule — usually your finished work, because that is what earns attention in a trade. Two done properly beats five abandoned, so we do not sell five.
-
04
Review requests sent after each completed job, run on our side
We set up and send a review request after each completed job, using the wording and the schedule in your agreement. The request offers no reward and does not screen out unhappy customers. You tell us when a job is complete, and which jobs to leave out.
-
05
A dedicated tracking number, and every lead written down
A dedicated tracking number records each call and form with the time it came in. The monthly report is available now; direct access to the shared log is not yet live.
-
06
A monthly report, lead by lead
The monthly report lists each lead and the work we completed that month. You see the leads one at a time, and quiet months are marked as quiet.
Growth Engine
$4,500 a month, $5,500 to build, three-month term and then month-to-month.
In plain words
This plan fits a business with several covered services and a customer list it has never contacted.
- An SEO landing page for each service — that is a page built to get found on Google for each separate thing you sell, so somebody searching for the one job they need lands on a page about that one job instead of your homepage.
- An email and text content engine — we write to the customers you already earned so they come back and refer you, instead of forgetting you exist. The text side switches on once the phone carriers approve your number for business texts.
- Reviews, search and your Google listing run together as one system rather than three separate chores.
- You get a monthly call to decide what happens next, plus dashboard access when it comes online.
Everything in Local Authority, plus
-
01
A dedicated landing page for each core service
Each covered core service gets a separate page. The page covers that work and the area you serve. Each service page gives customers a direct place to read about that work.
-
02
Email and text going back out to your own customer list
Your customer list gets seasonal email and text messages about the work you offer. Email starts first. Text starts after messaging registration clears. You own the list and approve what goes out.
-
03
Reviews, search and the Google profile run as one
We manage reviews, search work, and your Google profile as one job. Your team does not run the three parts separately.
-
04
A strategy call every month, and a live dashboard as it comes online
We report the leads captured by the tracking and hold a call with you every month. As the dashboard comes online, it shows the same activity for you to open between calls.
Market Leader
$7,500 a month, $8,500 to build, three-month term and then month-to-month.
In plain words
Market Leader is for a larger business that already receives leads and needs follow-up to continue when the team is busy.
- Consult booking — leads pick a time on your calendar themselves, at nine at night if that is when they are looking, without waiting for anyone to call them back.
- Speed to lead — automatic replies, so no lead sits waiting. After we approve the reply, the new lead receives it automatically. The text side switches on once the phone carriers approve your number for business texts.
- Missed-call text-back — a call you could not grab gets a text back on its own, so it does not just bounce to somebody else. The text side switches on once the phone carriers approve your number for business texts.
- A monthly strategy call across the whole path — from the first click to the booked job — rather than one channel at a time.
Everything in Growth Engine, plus
-
01
Leads book their own consult
Consult booking connects to your calendar. Customers choose a time that is open and book it themselves. You control the available slots.
-
02
Automatic first replies for new leads
An automatic first reply is set up for new leads. Automatic email replies run from the start. Text begins after messaging registration clears. The customer gets the reply, and your team continues the conversation.
-
03
Automatic text-back after a missed call
The plan includes a text-back for missed calls. After messaging registration clears, a missed caller gets the message automatically. Your team follows up from there.
-
04
A monthly strategy call covering the full lead process
Each month, the call reviews how customers find you, contact you, and book. Together, we review searches, service pages, bookings, replies, and any point that needs attention.
The terms
The terms behind every plan
Term
Three months from launch, then month to month on 30 days' notice; Launchpad has no minimum term
Ownership
Day-one assets are yours; the site's copyright is yours once the build fee is paid
Text features
Included where your plan lists them, on once the carriers approve your number
Ad spend
Paid straight to the platform, separate from our fee, never added to
Each plan includes the service categories of the plans below it, at the counts set in your signed agreement. Rather than repeat the whole list four times, here is only what each step puts on top.
Launchpad
Starts with a branded website, an updated business listing, a review process, and a monthly report. A real site in your brand, hosted and maintained. Your Google listing kept current on a seasonal rotation. A review process your crew runs. A plain-English monthly report on your calls and website messages.
Local Authority
Adds the custom build and the tracking. A premium website designed for your company — not a template with your logo on it. Local search done properly, with your Google Business Profile actively managed. Social on two channels. Review requests sent after each completed job, using the wording and the schedule in your agreement. A dedicated tracking number and a shared lead log for every timestamped call, plus website messages summarized in your monthly report.
Growth Engine
Adds reach and a scoreboard. A dedicated page for each core service. Email and text content for the customers you already have. Reviews, search and your Google profile run together as one system. A monthly strategy call.
Market Leader
Adds booking and lead follow-up. Consult booking, so leads schedule themselves on your calendar. Speed to lead, so a new lead gets an answer while it is still warm. Missed-call text-back, so a call you can't grab doesn't bounce. A strategy call across everything we run for you.
Why the pricing is public
Printing both means you can judge the range yourself instead of spending a meeting to learn a basic number.
Public pricing doesn't replace a written scope. It puts the fixed charges in the open and leaves counts, timing and exact work to the signed agreement.
Exact counts, in the agreement
Exact counts — pages, posts, review requests, calls — are set in your signed agreement, sized to your business.
You pay ad spend straight to the platform. It is separate from our monthly fee, and we never add to it.
Ready, or nearly?
Book a call — about twenty minutes, straight answers, no pressure.
Start with the free check. We walk your actual website, Google profile and reviews together and tell you which plan fits where you're headed — including "none yet" if that's the truth. You keep the findings either way.
Want the longer story of how the work itself is done? What We Do covers the build, how results are counted and the maintenance; the twelve-week process shows the work week by week.

What should a website cost? Ask what the price makes someone responsible for — A build charge and a monthly charge cover different work. A quote is not complete until both responsibilities are clear.
What a free website check actually finds — It does not begin with a mystery score. It begins with the path a real customer takes.

Why our prices are public (and most agencies' aren't) — Most agencies keep the number behind glass. Ours is printed on the tag.
